Camps
 This
course focuses on core skills and is designed to
give you all the ingredients for FS skydiving. The
coaches will work on your specific needs whether you
are a beginner (even those who have not jumped!) to
high-level competitors fine tuning their technical
skills.
Each tunnel session is
recorded on DVD enabling the coaches to provide
constructive feedback and aid the planning of
subsequent tunnel time.
What is
included?
- A total of 1
hour flying time over the camp.
- Breakfast,
lunch and snacks throughout the day.
- Expert tuition
from 2 of the worlds best FS coaches.
- A DVD
containing footage of all your tunnel time.

4-Way
Camps
 The
format consists of a 2 day camp with 2 hours tunnel
time. You will fly in the tunnel on a 2 on 2 format.
Steve takes the front piece and John takes the back
piece. This is a successful method of coaching
because the blocks moves can be shown correctly with
Steve and John in control.
The coaching style
includes demonstrations of set block moves from
video footage of the world’s best teams. Tunnel time
comprises of a 2-on-2 format. You will have the
opportunity to practice each move with the coaches
opposite you acting as your piece-partner before
repeating each dive with your complete team.
Undoubtedly, this is the best way to make a rapid
progression in a 4-way environment.

included?

time in the tunnel.

FlightSchool
4-way Fiesta 2007
 You
can kick-start your FS season with a 4-way camp at
Skydive Spain. We are inviting up to 6 teams of any
level to join us for an intensive training
experience. John and Steve will assist your team
throughout, offering advice based on many years of
competition and coaching. This is an excellent
opportunity for teams to build a solid foundation
for
the spring/summer season in the UK.
Included, is a
“pre-camp” weekend at Bodyflight where all of the
jumps for Spain will be pre-planned, flown in the
tunnel and recorded on DVD as a reference prior to
jumping. An “exit and block clinic” will also be
incorporated into this weekend to ensure that the
teams have all the information they need before
leaving for the DZ. Teams are already expressing
interest in this camp so please contact us soon so
we can work out the most suitable dates.

do as many jumps as you can during the skydiving
camp.
